What Causes Burning Urination And Diarrhea After First Time Intercourse?

Hi , I recently had sex for the first time about two days ago and I don t think he popped my cherry . But when I pee it burns and I ve been have a runny stool . When I drink water it makes me feel way better ! What do you think it is ? I looked at maybe it being a UTI ?
