What Causes Burning Urination?

Stinging sensation (but never unbearably so) when I urinate. I am male and have had 3 tests for urine infection over the past year, which have all shown no cause for concern. I have also been treated (hormone therapy, radio therapy) for prostate cancer over the last year. These treatments seem to have achieved the desired result. Where am I?
