What Causes Burning While Urination Having Warmth In The Pelvic Region?

I had the proceedure done 12/3/2010, yesterday I had sever cramping on my left side which resloved with rest, heating pad and post op pain meds. Today I have this slight burning when I urinate, no leukocytes present. I am a nurse I checked. My lower pelvic area feels warm and slightly uncomfortable. Are these symptoms that I can expect to resolve? or should I call my Dr again? Hate to call with such vague s&s.
