What Causes Burning,itching And Cloudy White Discharge From The Vagina?

I am a 40 year old female. No children, never pregnant. Just after my last period I began to have lots of burning and itching. I thought, although I had never experienced this before, that it was caused by tampon use. after a day or 2, I went to Walmart to purchase Rephresh. This did not seem to solve. Days later I noticed cloudy swirls when I went to urinate. I stopped using the REphresh. However, days later I noticed a white chalky discharge. Burning and irritation continues along with bumpy rash
