What Causes Burping, Diarrhea And Swollen Abdomen?

I have burping, swellingof abdomen, severe diarrhoea odd time, ache in left side and back. up at night with wind. blood all clear. bleeding from bowel. had colonoscopy last year and polyps removed. cant get up in mornings with fatigue. I am 63 year old male. now have swollen right wrist but maybe not connected. I have been to gp 3 times. got omezoprole. no help.
