What Causes Burping While Taking Deep Breaths?

I have been unwell and now doc says I am at riak if viral cardiomy...(?) if I think about it, my tubes tighten and I wheeze.. when I take a deep breath I often burp and burp when Ive eaten, which is unusual for me
I row gigs in the sea.. and will ne doing a fitness teat soon, Im fit for my age, but need to know how to get as much oxygen without over breathing, cos I cant exhale properly I have tried 2 types of inhaler which seems to make me weeze and cougj more ..help!
