What Causes Burst Blood Vessels In Eyes And Blood On Blowing Nose?

Please type your query here...hi there i have high blood pressure and i am 36 . had this for over one year now . my dad has it . but reacently i have had burst blood vessles in my left eye and some blood when i blow my noise . but not a bleeding noise. this was what my eyes and noise were like before i found out i had high blood pressure . but i had realy bad headaces then . hardly ever get them now. thanks
