What Causes Buzzing And Blood Discharge Through Ears?

my left ear was oozing with blood last week, after a week of medication it still feels like its full of fluid and now i hear a constant buzzing in my left ear.. and it seems that my ear feels like its starting to swell as well.. what should i do? pls help..
