What Causes Buzzing Feeling In Ears When Moving Eyes To Left Or Right?

When ever I move my eyes, looking left or right, I get a throbbing buzzing feeling mostly in my ears, recently it won t go away like it use to, already had brain scan done and they found nothing. Also the left side of my neck feels almost like its plugged up?
