What Causes Buzzing Sound Along With Pressure In Ear?

In my left ear I hear buzzing and feel pressure.It not all deaf but things are quieter on that side.what should I do for it? I can t get in to the doctor till next Thursday.It was better yesterday but than a deaf feeling came over it.Been like this about a little over a week.I was on antibiotics for five days and I m over taking them.what should I do?
