What Causes Buzzing Sound In The Ear?

It was so scary. I felt pain in my gut and when I went to the toilet, everything was blurry and then after my sight went back to normal, I couldn't hear probably, now I can hear voices but there's this buzzing noise and I feel hot and sweaty all over. It was so scary.....I felt like I was gonna collapse from the pain before. I don't know what's wrong, can you please tell me?
