What Causes Calcium Deposits On My Toenail?

My toenail keeps building up with calcium and it has black streaks on each side of the toenail. Whenever it grows back it is fill with calcium buildup and it will break in the middle. I can pull or cut most toenail away. What can I do to get a normal toenail.
