What Causes Cellulitis In Bicep And Forearm?

Good evening Doctor, I fell & bruised my palm & elbow ten days back; missed a tetanus injection & got suspected cellulitis in my bicep & part of fore arm; today my doctor advised me Augumentin/clavam 625 twice a day for 5 days... is twice ok or should I have 3 times a day ?
