What Causes Cervical Necrosis And Hemorrhage With Inflammatory Cell Infiltration?

Macroscopic description is multiple gray white to dark brown bits of total size 2cm and microscopic description was found to be mostly necrosis, hemorrhage and inflammatory cell infiltrate in cerival area.
