What Causes Change In Appearance Of Skin With The Feeling Of Crawling?

hello...for the past couple of months i've been experiencing if not one odd symptom it's another pertaining to my skin. at first, i took it as perhaps just a fungal infection as only my nails were infected (or so i thought). but as of late, i'm witnessing everything from moles changing appearance to suddenly appearing out of nowhere, odd markings on me and my carpet/belongings, and worst of all, i swear i've witnessed some sort of "mite" literally crawl from beneath my toenail on more than one occasion! it's bad enough that at times i think i'm losing my mind, but my family has since deemed me as "erratic" and now more obsessed with my behavior versus what i'm desparately trying to convey to them on a physical spectrum...could i have a parasitic skin infection or am i really losing it? fyi...i also used a lice shampoo in which there was definitely debris being combed out...but i'm not quite convinced it was lice per se...i'm also in between jobs and thus un-insured, thus the desperate search for some sort of explanation online...HELP!
