What Causes Change In Voice Thrice Daily?

My voice changes more than three times a day.sometimes it sounds deep,its pitch goes up then down,and sometimes when my voice is down and isn t deep anymore people cannot hear what i m saying.i don t understand why it can t remain the same.what problem could i be having with my voice?
