What Causes Chapped Lips Along With Swollen Eyelids?

For a few days my lips aré Very chapped and my left eyelid has been swollen and then gets very dry. The same is now happening on the sides of my nose. I don t suffer from any allergies. I live in Dallas Tx. Any ideas as to what I should do or even consult?
