What Causes Chest And Back Pain Before Having Periods?

Hello, I am 33 yrs old and have a history of flipped t waves on ekg once a month I get these chest and back pains around the time of my period could this be hormones or possibly heart related? Had echo and stress test a few yrs back both normal.. thank you
