What Causes Chest And Back Pain In An Anemic Bulimic Patient?

Im bulimic, but I m 1 week into recovery. For the past few days I ve been feeling the following: chest pain (sometimes it s on both sides, sometimes on one, and other times its in the middle. Also it happens when I eat), pain in the upper and lower back, very brief moments of sharp pain on the left chest. This usually bothers me the most at night, and it feels a bit better with rest. Also im anemic. Can you please tell me whats wrong? I think it could be angina.
