What Causes Chest And Ear Ache Along With Sore Throat During Menopause?

Here are my symtoms. Dull ache in my chest for a couple weeks, with a cough. Had an ear ache over the weekend sore throat off and on. Tired, fatigued. Have the flu last weekend. Also, I get very hot then chills. I am 51, smoker and going thru menopause so I assumed being got was hot flashes. I am not one to go to the doctor so for me to be asking is a lot. Can you give me some clue to what is happening to me. Thank you
