What Causes Chest Congestion Along With Yellow Sputum?

My symptoms are: chest congestion, yellow thick saliva, severe dry mouth, tastebuds off ,,, so food doesn t taste good, a bit of a tremor in my hands, low energy and no sex drive. i was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis in 2003, so I take a number of drugs to help with that illness. Any thoughts? Also, most of these symptom are new to me - about 1 week.
