What Causes Chest Congestion And Red Bumps On The Roof Of Mouth?

I think I have suddenly developed allergies. I have a stuffy head,chest congestion and feel very tired. My throat feels very dry. I noticed this morning I have red bumps on the roof of my mouth and throat. A really weird coldness and numbness in fingers on both hands. I Had a low grade fever 5 days ago.
