What Causes Chest Heaviness, A Warm Sensation At The Genitals, Occasional Hot Urine, A Thin Fingernail, And Dull Pain In The Left Testicular Tube?

Hello doctors For the past month and a half I’ve felt a little bit of chest heaviness, private area has felt hot and warm, I have had a little bit of hot pee at times but goes away when I drink water, I have a thinon one of my finger nails, and have had some dull pain in my left tubes that go to my left testicle. Do you guys know what this could be?
