What Causes Chest Heaviness While On Lovenox And Coumadin?

I was diagnosed with dvt of right upper arm after sustaining trauma to my shouder. I'm currently taking lovenox and coumadin with an inr of 2.3 for 1 one day. However last night i started to feel a heaviness in my chest. not the sharp pain i was told to watch for but more of a discomfort. I'm able to breathe deeply without pain and haven't noticed an increase in breathing pattern. Its just uncomfortable. What could this be?
