What Causes Chest Pain After Being On Birth Control?

I have been getting twinges in my chest for the last two months or so. They are anywhere from under my left breast to the middle of my chest, to the right side of my chest. I got a chest X-ray and nothing was found. Also went to a doctor that listened to my lungs and heart and said everything was fine. I am still worried because I recently just started birth control when the chest pain started happening and I am not sure if it is connected.
