What Causes Chest Pain After Quintuple Bypass Surgery?

I had quintuple bypass surgery 10 months ago, and sometimes when I m making the bed, or cleaning closets, or sitting any length of time at work, I will get pain in the center of my chest. Could this be sternum pain or should I be concerned about angina?
