What Causes Chest Pain After Vomiting?

I just threw up after chewing tobacco for the first time. I didn t even swallow any of the spit, but I did put a lot in my lips. I felt very nausea and light headed. After puking, I have a strong chest pain. I have Crohn s disease in my large intestant. Right now I m taking Lialda and Mercaptopurine as my medicine for Crohn s. Is anything going to get worse for my body? How long am I going to be sick because of this?
