What Causes Chest Pain After Wearing Brassier?

wearing a bra causes chest pain that endures even after removing bra. I have added extenders to make it looser, but somedays even the slightest band causes pain and shortness of breath. It feels like pain that starts from the exterior of my chest and then proceeds deeper.
