What Causes Chest Pain Along With Back Pain?

My mom had chest pain along with back pain and hand pain. In the ECG taken it is mentioned as borderline T abnormalities, inferior leads and T flat negative, II, III aVF. What does this mean? Is there a problem. Also recently she got hurt in her head and had sutures done. She was having pain killers for 2 weeks.
