What Causes Chest Pain Along With Dizziness And Palpitations?

I have episodes of severe chest pain, dizziness, palpitations, tightness in my chest, and presyncope. I have had numerous EKGs, showing a range of issues, including: Atrial Fibrillation, Left Posterior Faciscule Block, Incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block, Right Ventricular Hypertrophy, 1st Degree AV Block, Sinal Arrest w/Escape Beat, and a highly variable resting heart rate (anywhere from the low 20 s to 150bpm - with average being 45-55bpm). My rightward axis is always slightly abnormal. I am not athletic, my electrolytes and thyroid function are normal. My echocardiograms are normal, side for extremely mild mitral and tricuspid regurgitation. My cardiologist is concerned about how variable my heart rate is, so he sent me to an electrophysiologist who performed a tilt table. Upon tilt my heart rate went up by over 30bpm, with blood pressure remaining steady (roughly 120/80 +/- a few points). They keep telling me that nothing is really standing out as abnormal, but literally every EKG I ve had done shows some type of abnormality. I am concerned, because this happened with my aunt. Same symptoms (presyncope, dizziness, chest pain, etc.), and they did numerous tests - all saying she was fine. Until she nearly died, and they caught on that she needed a pacemaker. Just wondering if I could get some responses from cardiologists as to whether or not you think a pacemaker is in my future. I can provide copies of my results/EKGs upon request. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
