What Causes Chest Pain Along With Dizziness?

I have been having some chest pain, along, but when I have this pain I get hot and then cold dizzy headed and most of time I pass out I went to the doctor the other night they told me it was acid reflux but I don't know so I'm wondering if you could tell me about what it might be
