What Causes Chest Pain Along With Numbness In Arms And Legs?

I have been having chest pain and numbness down both arms and legs. I had an episode two days ago that left me feeling very dizzy and unable to speak or communicate. Then it happened again today but not as bad. Also I get a cold feeling across my chest
