What Causes Chest Pain And Blurred Vision?

I have chest pain like little tiny electric shocks, its not gas or enexiety,lower back hurts and today I had a sharp pain fron my left chest and down the back of my left arm, and a knot in my throat. i took my BP 138/85 HR 72 and i lost 5 pound in 3 days. the shocking pain is getting more noticeable and my vision is gets blured. I for get alot lately. Help to understand.
