What Causes Chest Pain And Head Pain?

My mother isn't feeling well right now, she is in bed shaking. She says she is very cold, her chest hurts, and her head hurts as well. This has been happening on and off for the past 2 days. She will feel terrible then begin to feel normal and then return to the state she is in now.
