What Causes Chest Pain And Headaches After Child Birth?

i've been getting pains in my chest since giving birth 4 weeks ago. its started about a week after delivery. it was a normal delivery with no drugs or anything involved. the pain is on the left and right side of my chest. but it is in my back too, just in the same place as my chest. I have also started getting headaches. And the chest pain seems to be getting worse. it is now like a pressure on my chest, but i'm also still getting the sharp pains. any ideas? should i be worried? i'm 23 years old and of average weight for my height.
