What Causes Chest Pain And Swelling Of Throat?

The bottom of my throat near where it meets my chest hurts to swallow like it s swollen or swallowing past a lump I have had a cold for a few weeks which has gone and had a sore throat which is gone I still have a dry cough and the trachea area is where it feels swollen or like a lump
