What Causes Chest Pain And Tightening Of Chest?

Hello, my girlfriend began developing a type of chest pain that feels like her chest is tightening and like something is compressing her. It started a few days ago after her month began in which she took a couple of Advils to help suppress the very bad pain she experieced. However, she took them without eating any food prior. I m hoping that it s nothing more than a pulled muscle or the start of a cold but I am not an expert and I have my concerns. Could the anti-inflammatory s, being taken the way they were, be a catalyst to her pain or is there something more? She feels this tightness/compression sensation each time she takes a drink of any fluid, coughs, takes a deep breath and now each time she yawns. I appreciate any help you can give us.
