What Causes Chest Pain Before Getting Out Of Bed?

For the last week before getting out of bed I am experiencing pains in my chest that seem to shift. Feels like an elephant sitting on my chest. I feel better after getting up and taking an alieve. I do not have any more discomfort for the rest of the day. I recently had bronchitus. what could be doing this? Thank you
