What Causes Chest Pain, Excessive Sweating, Headache And High BP?

Hi, I have chest pains together with sweating a lot, headache, light/unsteady head and feeling generally unwell. I have had this in the past and had all heart checks (ECG, etc) completed with no adverse results. Only issue has been elevated blood pressure to which I was put on Irbesartan about 3 months ago. I had my blood pressure checked this morning at the chemist - 140/103 (best of readings over 10-15 mins). Wondering what else could be causing this?
