What Causes Chest Pain, Heartburn And Upper Abdominal Pain?

HI I have been having chest pains, really bad heartburn, pain in the center of my upper abdoman and pain in the upper right side under rib cage, all tests are normal could it still be a gall bladder problem. I also cannot eat anything without getting sick
