What Causes Chest Pain In Breastbone And Swollen Lymph Nodes In Ear?

I had a chest pain in my breastbone that seemed to move up and down my spine. within two days i got pains in my wrists, fingers and feet. Now my lymph nodes in front and behind my ear as well as groin are swollen... today i noticed a rash on my arms what gives?
