What Causes Chest Pain On Right Side Of Breast And Under Arm Pit?

Hi my names Amanda I had a problem last night that was unexplainable, I had chest pain on my right side around my breast and under my arm pit leading to having a saw arm it felt heavy. I tried to reposition my self and breath normal. when I lay on that side I cant breath properly so I change sides. My doctor has told me I have a Kidney Problem where on my right side I have half a kidney due to urinary tract infections I had growing up. I was wandering if this pain in my chest has something to do with my kidney problem?
