What Causes Chest Pain Post Tooth Extraction?

I have had an infection for at least 3 weeks. In my jaw. I just as of like 3 hours ago had 4 teeth pulled. I was awake. So no anes. I have not taken any pain meds yet of anything. But i am having weird chest pains, they are stabbing, under rt breast and travels to other side. Chest is heavy. But i do get relief off and on. Not gas pains. How long should i let this go on till i worry?
