What Causes Chest Pain, Sickness And Lightheadedness?

Hi today I had severe chest pain in the centre of my chest. It lasted about 45 min. I kept being sick and swetting and feeling lightheaded but then being cold. I put som ibroprofen gel on as soon as it started to happen. It hurt to lye down and has to take lots of little breaths while leaning forward. I'm a 32 year old female. This has happened before however I was never sick.
