What Causes Chest Pain, Tingling Face And Numb Arm While Having Low BP?

Im only 25. slim. 6 foot 130 pounds. I never ever have hig blood pressure ( my dr tells me I have low blood pressure) I was working tonight and I started getting chest pains right around my heart area...so I stretched and thought it was muscle pain my left side of my face was tingling and left arm was going numb but when I hold it above my head its fine. I also notices my ears turned red
