What Causes Chest Pain, Weakness, Dizziness And Increasing BP?

I was taking Hydralazine the past week and having chest pain and weakness andthen last night dizziness.
I took Metropolol 25 mg and 3 doeses of 6.25 carvedelol today and BP is sill increasing. Can I take a clonodine if it gets any higher? its now 173/95. I am a 5' 100# lady....
