What Causes Chest Pain While Breathing After Recovery From Sinus Infection?

I Drive a tractor and trailer and I was sick with sinus infection for like a month..Now my chest well my back between my shoulders hurt s when i breath at times like when i lay down..have any Idea what is going on? Thanks Delores I don t have a card to pay sorry for brother you..
