What Causes Chest Pain While Breathing Despite A Normal EKG Report?

Hello been to hospital Er a few times for massive chest pain in the Center of chest and pains in the right side below the ribs it’s is painful when I take deep breaths the pain comes and go but I always have a feeling of nausea have had an angiogram and a hida scan also had nuclear lung scan and ekg all test the doctor says are normal but this has been on going for over 4 months and looking to see if there is anything that this could be it is very uncomfortable and makes it hard to do anything because it will just flare up
