What Causes Chest Pain While Laying On Back?

I woke up this morning to a pain in my chest every time my heart would beat. It was painful while laying on my back, and more dull when I laid on my side. It lasted about five minutes until I got out of bed. I have not had this problem before and I am not overweight at all, although I certainly don't eat well. Is there any cause for concern?
