What Causes Chest Pain While Tilting The Chin?

Starting today, I noticed that whenever I tilt my chin down to meet my chest, I feel a sharp pain near the center/left side of my chest. Also, when I tilt it back, the same problem occurs. I didn t know if it was anything serious or just something that can get better with sleep.
